E-mail from o2

I have received an e-mail, apparently from o2 saying that I have been charged twice and am due a refund, it then has a link to fill in a form, bit wary about opening the link, has anyone had this before?

Log into your MyO2 directly here http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
It will tell you if you are owed any money.
It sounds highly suspicious to me so if your MyO2 confirms it as a scam, report it to action fraud https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/ and o2 http://service.o2.co.uk/IQ/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE?New,Kb=Companion,question=ref(User):str(Broadband...
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Please don't click the link. I've never known O2 to email customers to say they are due a refund.

For sure you've done the right thing by not clicking on it.

Usually if you have been overcharged I'm sure O2 put the credit back on your next bill without any text notification. I was overcharged in June when my discount ended. In July a correction was made (again without texts) . To be honest I hadn't examined the June bill in detail so hadn't even noticed....A lesson learnt for me....

@Anonymous As said, you did the right thing by not clicking on the link. If you are still in any doubt after you look at your MyO2, call Customer Service. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
