02 not giving me my refund?

Has anyone had an issue wirh paying off an old contract? I tryed to pay 406 to clear my contract in-store, it took me to drive home and check my online banking to see they took 528! Its now 8 weeks later and after many phone calls to them, broken promises from them about refunding my money and to wait a few days they still havent?! So 8 weeks without my money and to top it of they have switched my phone off 4 times and took out another 528 out of my account which thankfully i was later able to bounce. ABSOLUTLY appalling service, all i want is my dam money back

Hi @Anonymous as this is taking so long, I would lodge a complaint with Resolver

This will get the issue reviewed and settled much quicker.

I fail to understand how O2 can take so long to rectify their gross incompetence and to compound things they show even more negligence for their customer by trying to take more money and disconnect the phone. 

Any possibility of help here @Marjo @@Martin-O2

I can see why you may had trouble paying it off in store as I had that too when I paid off my old device plan a few weeks ago. I was lucky that they were able to accept a large amount
