Hi All,
I've been abroad for sometime and up until recently (4/5 months ago), I hadn't had a problem.
However, it appears that my O2 e-sim is not working.
I'm still be charged for my O2 service (naturally...), but I'm not actually receiving any coverage.
This is becoming a problem as I now need my UK number to work.
Does anyone have any advice on how I could fix this?
I've tried to talk to a person a O2, but that is seemingly an impossible task now!

Where abouts in the world are you roaming, as there is a limit in the EU, which is 56 days in 180days before you either get charged or it stops working.
In the ROW it shouldn't stop..
I would start by trying a different local network, if that doesn't work, then use Skype ( Guide: A Guide to Skype ) and call +44 800 902 0217
