I have just upgraded to an iPhone 16 and was told I could get an employee discount as I work for the NHS. I was told I couldn't upgrade though until I got the new phone. I received that last week but the App is saying my I hadn't asked for the discount in a timely manner, saying I am out of time. Can you help please.
