Contract change

Hi,

on a 24month SIMO contact, now in last 11 months.  Can I upgrade /change to 12 month SIMO contact with no penalty? Tried via us USwitch link, and still wants cancellation fee?  Is it best to chat online or talk directly to CS?

There are no early upgrades now

You have to pay off your current contract in order to upgrade

They say upgrade but it's not an upgrade in the true sense of the word...merely taking out a 'different' contract
