I have no phone service you are sending me texts to confirm my identify security how can I get the texts if service ha not working I activated my eSIM I am registered disabled and live alone I cannot be without a phone service this is appalling

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

Without wishing to cause any offence, if you're disabled relying solely on a mobile phone isn't a good option. You might want to think about also getting a land line.
