I recently purchased a "Rolling Plan" SIM for use in a Router, purely for Data useage.
Due to an error on my part, I "Topped Up" that card with £10 BEFORE selecting which Rolling Plan I wanted.
I then selected the correct plan and paid another £10.
My O2 Account shows only 1x £10 credit.
Can the 1st erroneous payment either be refunded to me OR (preferably) credited to the account, please ?

Chances are your SIM activated on the 1st £10, dropping balance to 0. The 2nd £10 will remain on your account, it has not been taken, @Andy1960 - Pay As You Go: Introducing "Rolling Plans"

@Andy1960

O2 do not give refunds on PAYG plans, sorry.

Also, rolling plans aren't suitable for routers if they are required to be plugged in to external power.

You'll find that your sim will be disabled when the system registers such use.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
