Hi I have paid my bill and it’s saying it’s not paid. The devise plan is saying it’s not paid and it is. I need my data back on asap for work etc… please can you look into this?

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

Use the specific Payment management number  0800 902 0217

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

@Maggie123456789 If you've only just paid the bill be aware that it can take 48 hours for any payment to clear O2's account, and probably longer as it's now the weekend. If you want to avoid problems like this going forward, set up a Direct Debit. There really is no reason not to.
