My Volt benefits still haven't appeared so I am trying to cancel my account. I've tried to call but no-one ever answers.
Can I cancel online?

You need to keep trying im afraid, an follow the details below, been a bank holiday it will be busy on the phones.
Also note, if you are outside of the 14 days then you will need to pay all and any termination fees to cancel your o2 contract and Virgin Media will impose charges on you for downgrading..
