Can anyone help me? Signed up for a contract recently and had a terrible experience. Tried to cancel several times now over the phone, just end up being transferred and eventually cut off. I'm still within the 14 days cooling off period.
My Volt benefits still haven't appeared so I am trying to cancel my account. I've tried to call but no-one ever answers. Can I cancel online?
