Does any customer representatives exist?

I have been robbed, left without phone and already second day by skype and online trying to get in touch/ report phone stolen but noone is availalble online chat and when im calling over the phone waiting time ranging from 30 min - 50min, but i keep holding, and it still drops after 15 min or so! SO what shall i do in that case? and how i can reach any single soul in o2?

If your phone has been stolen you need to keep calling I'm afraid. Lost and stolen shouldn't be that long a wait. Have you chosen that option right at the end of the introduction spiel?
