I purchased the Disney plus extra about a month ago and have been charged on my last bill for it, however when I log into my Disney plus account now it is asking me to renew my subscription? I think I have been paying double for the platform for the last month and a bit, need some help on how to rectify this and use my account as I obviously don’t want to be paying essentially for two subscriptions ! Thank you

@Fcleck you need to speak to Disney Plus about this, as o2 wont be able to do anything with your disney plus account.
