I clicked the linked to redeem my subscription code with Disney+ which I thought I had done. I got to use the app and it is saying I have no active subscription. Go back into O2 to try to redeem again but code is not working as its already redeemed!

Can’t get through on the phone to customer services as not an emergency. Which I understand however I am paying for a service I’m not getting. Any help would be appreciated.
