Solved: Spend cap

Hello.
So I put a £0 spend cap on my partner's phone bill. I've gone to pay today and been charged £4.99 for some stupid game he subscribed to for a free trial and forgot about it so it charged us. I don't understand as there's a £0 spend cap and I can't get through to anyone via chat or phone.

Some things can bypass spend caps.

To block games charges you need to add a charge to mobile block too.
