Discount - open - family and friends

I work for network rail and entitled to a discount, has anyone else had problems getting the discount applied to their account.

Hi.  I went for a new phone contract but couldnt use the code for myself has my daughter already use the code, we believed the code could be used more than once.O2 open code only allows one contract discount, yet you call it family & friends. why is this?

The rules changed as it was too easy for those not eligible to get a discount.
