So I have 2 contracts out on my account. I was late paying the bills for both contracts and due to this I'm assuming they have been disconnected. I have now paid the outstanding balance is there anyway for my number to be connected back to o2. I can receive texts but cannot send any texts. I can still relieve calls but cannot send

@Cass95 - disconnection for late payment is ruthlessly quick and automatic.
It can take several days for a payment to clear into O2's account.
You can speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 for more clarification.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Also get O2 to set up payment by direct debit, then you will not have to remember to pay each month, it will happen automatically. Good luck!
