I recently initiated a return request within my 14 days change my mind period. They told me they would cancelled my number and device contract, and after 4 people from O2 chat confirmed me that they accepted my return and will soon send me a jiffy bag, I still haven't go anything back yet.
Number not disconnected but on my contract, phone is gone.

Hi yes, I understand this is a user community, just want to know if there are people in similar situation with me. Already contacted 4 times just to confirm that my return was accepted.
