Please could you let me know where I can download the direct debit mandate form on the O2 website?

If you speak to Customer Services on 202 from your mobile, I'm sure there is a way to change your direct debit date. I seriously doubt that O2 would not accomodate that.

In these days of modern technology, I fail to see why I cannot simply fill in a form in My O2 online account and it's done.

Because, as it's been said, Direct Debit for contracts is now mandatory. Why do you have a problem with that?

I don't have a problem with it, I have a problem with the fact that I have to call them to do something I could easily do myself by filling in a form online and submitting new bank details.

Why must I have to call 202 and listen to a bloody robot before I even get to speak to anyone, it would be much more efficient for both the O2 call centre as well as for the users to be able to make changes online.

Well their is online 'Live Chat' but personally I would not use that facility for account based queries.

No, I wouldn't give bank details over the phone either, I would rather download a form fill it out and post it to O2 which is what my original question was. I am going to use the form posted earlier.

Your choice. I don't know why you think that sending that in by snail mail is any more secure, unless you send it by registered post.
