Top up didn't go through

I topped up my Pay as you go phone yesterday at a tescos store however my balance has not changed. I know it is the right number as I used the number I tried to top up to register on the o2 website and received the code with no problem. Is there anything I can do?

It shouldn't affect anything as you can show them that you have no credit.

But maybe try calling o2 first like mentioned above to see if they can check your account for you.

Hi

Do you still have the receipt from Tesco's?

Might be worth going back and explain your situation, hopefully they can sort it out for you.

First speak to O2 CS as advised to see if the glitch is with them.

If not then seek assistance from the shop.
