I have spent a frustating time trying to pay off my Device Plan.
A letter I received tells me to phone 202 for the settlement figure but every time i tell the automated system that is what I want they tell me I am asking for something else!!!
I can see what the settlement figure is from My O2 but how do I pay the amount I owe if I cannot speak to someone or get the correct option?
Hopefully someone can help me sort this out.
