I paid a deposit when I got my new contract i
Late october this yeat and I'm just wondering when I will be getting it back? I pay by direct debit and haven't missed any payments.

I can understand that but....always best to speak to someone who has access to o2's systems rather than rely on live chat sending the information to the UK advisers.

Many do have problems unfortunately. Personally for this issue I would call.
