Deposit paid

Hi
I placed an order last night and had to pay a deposit. I've had several emails with the terms & condition etc and wondered how long does it take to process please? I've logged on to My o2 and only my contact details in on there, nothing else. If there's nothing in my account (tried to find my order but nothing), does this mean they've declined me? I paid a hefty deposit plus the upfront cost of the phone. If anyone has been through this, I'd appreciate any info. Thanks!

You won't hear anything else until you get your dispatch email with tracking details.
http://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-and-devices/how-to-track-your-order#qs
It also won't show in your MyO2 until then either.
Did you click the links in your emails to accept the terms and conditions OK?

Normally you would have heard by now if declined but you cam always call customer services to check all went through OK

All should be good then.
Depending on the phone ordered, they might be out of stock as the O2 site doesn't have a live stock checking system.
Customer services can tell you that too though.

Unfortunately @Anonymous O2 don't have a live stock ordering system so what the website says may not be factual....

Doesn't look like they have any 7's in stock at all http://iphonestockchecker.co.uk/
