I can’t pay my bill yet as I haven’t been payed from work due to covid 19 my boss is resolving this but I can get though to anyone to help me

You need to speak with the payment management team. they are busy just now so you will need to keep trying.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
