How long do you have to have lived in the UK?

Trying to use the "upgrade" offer but I'm stuck at "how long have you lived here".It's only accepting UK addresses and I've moved only 4 month ago. Is there a "time limit" for this?TY

Unlocking my phone network to use a new sim.

I have tried unlocking my device to accept new sims but i have entered it incorrectly more than 5 times so that the device is now hardlocked so i need the master reset code as im unable to use my new sim card until this is resolved, any help?

I’ve just recently bought a new phone and have moved from id mobile to o2, I’ve kept the same number so have switched it from Id mobile to o2 however I am able to send texts but I am not receiving any. Can you help?
