hi i have placed an order for an iphone online on 2nd of december and till the day its showing as processing and estimated delivery date was 3rd and i did not get anything yet till today. Why i am facing the delay problem??

@Oxonian Yes I did look around, I think it’s mostly those of us whose orders were directly affected by the warehouse. I have tried getting a straight answer from customer service but clearly the staff havent been provided anything other than the copy and paste answers.
The advice was that they are delivering again from abt 6 days ago and are working on older orders first, as the problem started on the 29th I believe if that was actually true they would have been working on the 30th by now and I would at least have some idea of when I could expect my device. I think I need to accept that I may have been given incorrect information.
i realise that no one here has an answer but I do appreciate being able to vent a little and see that I’m not alone.
I will update when I receive my delivery.
