Delay in Deliveries

hi i have placed an order for an iphone online on 2nd of december and till the day its showing as processing and estimated delivery date was 3rd and i did not get anything yet till today. Why i am facing the delay problem??

@Oxonian  Yes I did look around, I think it’s mostly those of us whose orders were directly affected by the warehouse. I have tried getting a straight answer from customer service but clearly the staff havent been provided anything other than the copy and paste answers. 

The advice was that they are delivering again from abt 6 days ago and are working on older orders first, as the problem started on the 29th I believe if that was actually true they would have been working on the 30th by now and I would at least have some idea of when I could expect my device. I think I need to accept that I may have been given incorrect information.

 

i realise that no one here has an answer but I do appreciate being able to vent a little and see that I’m not alone. 

I will update when I receive my delivery.

  • Update. Hi, I finally received my phone yesterday from my order of the 30th Nov,  then came the eSIM issues but was advised by 02 that I could simply use my existing sim so I’m all up and running.

@HB63 Good choice to stay with a plastic SIM there are all sorts of problems with O2 and eSIMs. 

Those of us who are regular here have seen many horror stories

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
