hi i have placed an order for an iphone online on 2nd of december and till the day its showing as processing and estimated delivery date was 3rd and i did not get anything yet till today. Why i am facing the delay problem??

I'm the same, then was told the 9th. I've contacted customer support everyday and still no order update. Still stuck on processing

You have a suggestion (above) to contact O2 via the social media route - the social media team are based in the UK and will give you more accurate information.

I placed an order on the 2nd aswel but still saying processing I phoned them today and asked if I will receive my order by Christmas and she said yes

I ordered on the 30 Nov and I’m still waiting. Tried contacting 02, tried social media and keep being told the same thing, over and over. I was advised that the delay began from 29 Nov orders and that they are dispatching the older orders first….. if that was the case surely they would have moved on to the 30th orders by now! I am frustrated, not only with the lack of information but the fact that there is no mention of delays on their sales web page and so I wonder if new sales are actually being delayed at all.
