@Alexander @stacie_20 @Nicks1984 I've checked on my end and got some advice just now, would you please be able to try turning your phone off and on again, or switch over to airplane mode and back off again, and let me know if that helps?

What phone do you have?
Have you swapped sim cards or still using the same one?
Have you checked that data is turned on?
Are there any error messages showing?
1st thing to try is a simple reboot of the phone.
Then, text the word ACTIVE to 2020 and save the settings that get sent back.
Also, check if there are any network issues in your area O2 Service Status

I have the same problem. The online chat said it is a known issue with the tariff change. could take up to 24 hours to fix.

I have the same problem. got the iphone 11 today, swapped it all over and my data isnt working either?
