Is anyone else having data problems? I have had no data for two days and I have done all the troubleshooting suggestions and still nothing.

Thanks for your help this week thought I should let you know that my data has returned, I was looking through my phone settings for something and came across network settings and a reset network link so I reset my network and my 4G just came back

I've had no problems but O2 gave notice they were doing maintenance of a lot of services from Friday until today. This might be the reason https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/system-maintenance-notification
You could also check your network status here https://status.o2.co.uk/ and see if there are any mast issues..

O2 never notified me about the maintenance. I have done status checks and logged a fault. Thank you for the welcome 😊

I am so fed up I have had no data for 7 days now it is so frustrating. O2 said that they would keep me informed but I have heard nothing from them.
