Crossed lines on o2

Anonymous
Not applicable

Why do i keep getting crossed lines on my phone?

e.g. i Call dave and get a random person i don't know.

My brother calls me and gets random person he doesnt know, I get a call stating its him from contact list and get connected to a random person or get access to someone elses voicemails and get charged.

It seems impossible to get in touch with anyone from o2, tel no's are automated and if you problem does not fall within prescribed list well your s££££d - there is no option to stay on line and speak to a human.

Tried webchat no response everyone must be on lunch or perhaps there is noone there (no Humans anyway)

posted on twitter no reply yet, not helpful or hopeful on that one.

there is no direct email for customer services.

Went to the complaint section on website it took me to online support or help- (NO SUPPORT OR HELP THEIR)

Do humans work at o2 or is it all automated.

You can treat this as a complaint if you want O2 lets hope this shakes someone into responding from o2.

I'm incredibly frustrated and angry that I cannot speak to someone from a communication provider.

The contact methods are all in "Contact us" at the foot of the page, there is an online contact form here:

It could be the browser you're using, this seems to work for most people.

Have you recently ported your number into O2....?
We often see problems esp with numbers from Orange, T. Mobile (EE) network
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
