Good evening

It’s going to 2 weeks that I’ve been trying to facilitate a response from the credit referrals team and desperately need this error rectified, otherwise I run the risk of losing the contract phone I purchased.

Does anyone know a number for credit referrals or what any member of the O2 team can do to rectify this please?

Hi there

I am having this issue right now. I have posted about it here:

i would love some help solving it as its getting urgent. I am rushing to get a house and just discovered this mistake by o2. It's crushing. 

I have already sent several emails to the creditfilereferrals team but received no response yet. 
I am considering my legal positions as it's causing me financial harm. 

I would be very thankful for help here.
