Good evening

It’s going to 2 weeks that I’ve been trying to facilitate a response from the credit referrals team and desperately need this error rectified, otherwise I run the risk of losing the contract phone I purchased.

Does anyone know a number for credit referrals or what any member of the O2 team can do to rectify this please?

How to get the credit referral team to change there decision for rejecting me as they approved me three times before and now they have rejected me.
