Hello,
I have a quick query. Last week I returned a device to O2 within the 14 day cooling period. Royal Mail delivered it via their special day delivery (tracked/signed) by the next day.
I'm aware it can take 7 days to cancel and refund (which is fine), but I was wondering whether I need to pay the bill for it that marks the 1st Bill (on the 15th May)?
At the moment my account still has not been cancelled, so I'm assuming this bill needs to still be paid until further notice.
Do I still pay this bill (I'm assumming it will all be refunded once the contract is cancelled)?
Thank you! Stay safe!

Definitely pay the bill and wait for a refund
Once the device has been scanned back into stock and your account updated you can request the refund
