Half of my picture messages come back after 3 days 'could not send' though I still get charged.

All picture messages being received are now a website link from o2, which makes it take longer to access those pictures which has already led to mistakes causing death by lack of correct care.

And why do you want call centres available for vulnerable & those who need help, but hang up on 1:59 every time?

I'd suggest are more reliable method such as WhatsApp and save more lives.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
