Contract order

So I put an order through for an iPhone on contacts I’ve received four emails containing legal documents but whenever I try and track my order it still says in process on step 1 and it said it would be ready today for collection but I’ve not received and email to say it’s been dispatched. Have I been accepted? Any help would be appreciated ☺️

I’ve called them thank you, but does that mean I’ve been accepted for the contract as I’ve received all the terms and conditions but the credit check hasn’t been done yet they said on the phone.

Also I’ve paid £30 upfront and it’s come out of my bank account
