Constant calls about overdue amunts which are not overdue

I keep getting calls and text syaing that my device plan is overdue and that they are going to cut me off however my O2 app quite clearly states that the payment is not due until 18th September.  I had the same issue last month and they cut me off even though payment was not due.  My airtime bill and my device plan due dates are different which is a little weird and I have paid the airtime bill and it is showing as paid but device plan is showing as not due until 18th September.

 

I cannot get onto online chat as it is not available at present.

 

Any ideas.

@Michelle31 Do you have a Direct Debit in place? Apart from speaking to customer service about your current situation, if you don't have a DD set up, you should speak to them about that too.

Both payments should be due the same day.
Something wrong if not and needs o2 to correct it.

Both direct debits are due the same day but the airtime bill is generated 2 weeks before both payments are taken
