Not really sure what your problem is, O2/Sky won't have forced a router reboot, assuming this is a broadband question in the wrong section.

Can anyone tell me how long it takes for o2 to acknowledge a complaint? I emailed a complaint over a week ago and posted it too and i have not heard anything back at all. Thanks
