Compensation

There has been post of customer being offers £75 for compensation for the recent bata breaking down is this correct and if so why isn’t all customers being offered it I have been offered only 2 days of data credit

is compensation being paid on all accounts as i hav been advised on one device but not others

@nemesis_1949 As @jonsie says each device on an account will get the credit as the each have there own separate contract and airtime component.
