Hi I have had several conversations complaining not being able to access services whilst abroad they were going to refund me some compensation but I haven’t received any please advise thanks

Just to add to the advice from @Enlli 

Keep checking your bank. O2 rarely (if ever) let customers know about refunds made.

I speak from personal experience on this issue. 🙄
