O2 disconnected my number in error, a month ago. I use this number for work and despite spending hours talking on the customer service line they are still saying 3-5 days more to wait.
Who can I contact to talk about the bill I have just paid for a service I couldn't use for the last month and some kind of compensation for losing work in this period?
