Hi i allready make claim for samsung galaxy fold now im waiting 2 mont fir the replace they keep saying out of stock bot they have new version of fold in the stock but they cant offer me the new version

I jus did today they keep seying sorry u have to wait but im waiting more then 2 month i dont know if i hawe take legal action or what else

I have to they dont gev me choice becouse the fold is not going to be in stock and im still waiting for 2 mont

They would only give you a refurbished phone anyway @Claim 

but I guess they don't have any returned to refurbish.

If i waiting allready 2 month i can wait more then 6 mont and i m going to waiting pay my bill and dont have the phone this is not right
