I gog my sim few days ago and bill is over £180 in services charged etf charged for what It’s my daughters phone she only 9 my bill is meant to be £25 not £180!!!! Shocking

@Lirna You can ask customer service to put a bar on calling premium rate numbers and charge to mobile on your daughter's phone.

Children have an awful knack of clicking on spurious links or buying games. At 9 years old I would have her on P&G.
