I’ve been charged £4.50 pw by a company called Technifun which I never signed up to. In total I’ve been charged over £40! I was provided a number by your customer service and the number doesn’t even ring I’ve text STOP as advised and haven’t received a text back to stay they’ll stop charging what can be done about this? This is illegal and I want a refund

Contact details for Technifun are here. They have a poor reputation with other networks as well

https://www.technifun.com/tf.php

Contact them, ask to be unsubscribed and a refund of money taken from your account.

You can also get in touch with O2 customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus  and ask for the following 2 bars to be applied to your account. It will stop this sort of thing happening again.

  • Bar all Direct to Bill Debits
  • Premium Bar (calls to premium numbers, 090, 070 etc.)

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
