@Findam You'll need to speak to customer service. This is a customer community. No one here has access to anyone else's account. Best time to call is 8-8.30 am to avoid a long wait on hold.

Please don't click on any links in the email, if there are any. It may not be a genuine email from O2 and could very well be a scam or malware.

Seems an odd email to me. As advised best to contact o2 customer services early am is best and not chat. Just in case it is a scam and there are many of these about, don't use any of their links.
