Changing my card details

Anonymous
Not applicable

Customer service don't know how to change card details. I have chatted with them online and by phone. Nobody at O2 has a clue about how to change card details. It seems to be something O2 has not considered. I will just have to change provider when my balance reaches zero.

Usually it's very simple to change your card details so is there something else causing a problem for you?

when you log into your MyO2 can you not see the page shown in the screenshot above?

I tagged Mercedes for you as the community team have been gathering info to pass onto o2 tech support. Hopefully they can resolve for you, but Mercedes probably won't contact you until tomorrow.
