I have two numbers, sim only, 100GB. I do not use very much Data and the current Black Friday prices for 30 GB will suit me very well.

How do I change?

Unless you can upgrade you need to pay off what you owe on the current contract and then switch.

If you can upgrade, just go through the upgrade process in your MyO2.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You can only change if you are outside of your minimum term contract, as otherwise you will be charged for the rest of your minimum term.

Then you just need to upgrade to it via the o2 shop pages.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Black Friday deals on the O2 site end on December 6th @Samtheman but the uswitch website has deals all year round, so if you can't upgrade without a fee now, you may still get a deal later.
