Hi @Hans

As the systems are running slow it may take longer than normal to update

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number

It won't happen over the weekend but keep rebooting your phone.

If no joy by Monday then contact customer services Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I’ve also changed from PAYG to pay monthly with O2 and want to keep number. Sent text message with new sim number but am still in PAYG and being charged for contract. Said could take up to 24 hours but has been nearly 3 days. Has the transfer been affected by staffing issues also? Thanks

It will have been affected by the staffing issues @Jules2 . Patience is required really. (Frustrating I know) but at least, unlike others you do have a phone which is usable. x
