Unnecessary added extra charges

Hi everyone
I'm trying to contact 02 customers service online but I guess no one's working from home

I keep getting charges extra when I clearly dont buy anything online via phone

How is that every month it jumps from my 49 quid bill to 61? It makes no sense

If you believe you are not doing anything to incur these (like buying things for games, or sending MMS) then you need to speak to customer services.
