My contract has ended but due to covid 19 I can’t get in touch with customer services, how can I end my contract.

Edit: To switch to Pay & Go might be difficult at the moment, as you need a voucher for your first top-up. You might be better off just keeping your contract going on a monthly rolling basis right now. You're only paying the air time. Trying to alter things in this current situation is difficult, as it isn't easy to contact O2 if you have problems with the switch. If you have service and everything's working, best to leave well enough alone at this time.
