I have purchased a Samsung A51 through O2 on my monthly account. This qualifies me for a £50 cashback from Samsung for which I need an invoice. I can't seem to find the right department to provide me with the invoice. Everyone is too busy to answer the phone but there is a time limit for claiming the Cashback.

Go to your orders in your MyO2.
Click on your phone order and print it as a PDF so you can attach it to send to Samsung.

I cannot find My Orders in My O2. Even the comment below has not got me there. 😞
I've spent a total of one and a half hours on My O2 trying to find it!! I'm probably just too green for this sort of thing but I'm desperate to get my cashback.
