Cashback on a Samsung phone

I have purchased a Samsung A51 through O2 on my monthly account. This qualifies me for a £50 cashback from Samsung for which I need an invoice. I can't seem to find the right department to provide me with the invoice.  Everyone is too busy to answer the phone but there is a time limit for claiming the Cashback.

Go to your orders in your MyO2.

Click on your phone order and print it as a PDF so you can attach it to send to Samsung.

Thank you, but when I select 'Your Bill' it doesn't take me to My Orders, just to a sample bill and explanation of it. Nowhere can I find Current or Previous Orders.  I'm very new to this game and would just like to speak to someone.

I cannot find My Orders in My O2. Even the comment below has not got me there. 😞

 

I've spent a total of one and a half hours on My O2 trying to find it!!  I'm probably just too green for this sort of thing but I'm desperate to get my cashback.

Thank you. I got myself enormously frustrated but got there in the end. I couldn't find the page you showed because I was still on the home page using the Help tab and didn't think to go to MyO2.
